Yes she had me crying lol This was 2 months after Carter had died and she asked me how many kids I had. That is always a hard question for me to answer. I have 4, one lives with his mom, 2 live with me & one has wings!! She hugged me & prayed with me, she is amazing!
Mother's Day has a special meaning to me. Of course it's a time for me to reflect on being a mother but it's also the anniversary of my children's baptisms. Cordell in '02 & Carmen in '07. It's a time for me to remember that Jake & I vowed to raise our children in a Christian home. It's also a time for me to reflect on how we are achieveing that. It brings me great joy to know that my children are learning to love, trust & rely on our Lord.
I SO KNOW what you mean about people asking how many kids you have.... I finally stopped saying 3 b/c I found it's makes people feel bad when I say one is in heaven.... She knows I count her and so do all the people who love her ;)
